DirigoChoice is private health insurance coverage offered through Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Small Businesses (fewer than 50 employees), Sole Proprietors, and Individuals are all eligible to enroll. DirigoChoice is OPEN to new enrollees.

HCTC (Health Coverage Tax Credit) is a federal program that the Agency administers that helps workers who have lost their jobs because of trade with foreign countries enroll in DirigoChoice. HCTC is OPEN to new enrollees.

The MaineCare Parent Expansion is low or no cost health coverage for qualifying parents of children under 18.
