October 15th, 2009: The RFP in Microsoft Word format is available here. While the Agency does not know of any discrepancies between the Adobe file originally posted and the Microsoft Word document, if there are discrepancies the Adobe file will be considered official unless otherwise indicated by the Agency.

October 13th, 2009: The RFP includes inconsistent dates for the submission of questions and final proposals. Questions are due October 19th. Final proposals are due November 16th.
